To carry out its life-bettering mission, the International Institute of Medicine & Science, Inc. relies on the free dedication, energy, creativity and resources of its Directors, Officers, Counselors, Correspondents and Volunteers. However, the Institute's operation is not without cost and must also depend on the generous donations of the public at large.
The Institute is applying for Federal and State of California tax-exempt statuses [registrations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and Section 23701(d) of the California Revenue and Taxation Code]. When approved, donations will become fully tax deductible possibly from the date of incorporation of the Institute (November 18, 2008).
