When you visit www.fiimas.org (the "Site"), you can access all public areas of the Site without submitting personally identifiable information to FIIMAS. FIIMAS, however, is interested in your feedback regarding the Site, and you are encouraged to provide comments. Additionally, you may make voluntary contributions to support the work of FIIMAS and may purchase an array of educational and novelty items in our store. In connection with these activities, and others that may be offered in the future, FIIMAS collects, uses, and discloses personal information as described below.

Personal Information - Collection, Use, Disclosure, and Accuracy

FIIMAS collects personal information from you on its Comment Form when you choose to submit a comment to FIIMAS. You may disclose, among other data, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and your comment about the Site. If you wish to make a charitable contribution to FIIMAS or to purchase goods in the FIIMAS online store, FIIMAS may collect, among other data, your name, address, e-mail address. No credit card information is collected as your contribution or donation will be made through Paypal or similar payment processing services. FIIMAS uses personal information collected to provide you with information, goods, or services that you have requested, to accept and process your charitable contribution, or to assist FIIMAS in its activities.

When you make a charitable contribution, FIIMAS may also use your name and address to send postal or electronic newsletters, mail, updates, offers or other communications that FIIMAS thinks will be of interest to you. If you do not want to receive these materials, you may choose to opt-out at the time you make your contribution, or at any time thereafter by sending an e-mail to admin@fiimas.org or by contacting FIIMAS at the address at the end of this policy.

FIIMAS may also use information collected on the Site in aggregate form to improve the content and functioning of the Site or to assist FIIMAS in its activities.

FIIMAS does not sell personal information that it holds to unaffiliated third parties. Comments you make on the Comment Form or elsewhere on the Site will not be disclosed to third parties or the public without your prior consent. In general, FIIMAS does not disclose personal information received from you to unaffiliated third parties, and FIIMAS does not disclose your personal information to its sister organizations.

Cookies are information files that your Web browser places on your computer when you visit a Website. FIIMAS does not set permanent cookies on your computer.

Log data collected on Web servers, within the control of both FIIMAS and FIIMAS's third-party Web-hosting service, supplies FIIMAS with aggregate information about the number of visits to different pages on our site. FIIMAS uses this information only for improving its Site. FIIMAS does not link the log data collected to the personal information that you submit online when using the Site.

Practices with Respect to Children's Personal Information

FIIMAS is committed to safeguarding personal information of children. In general, FIIMAS complies with the principles that underlie the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and thus FIIMAS does not collect personal information from children whom FIIMAS knows to be under 13 years of age. Persons who play games that may be (or may become) available on the FIIMAS Site may voluntarily disclose their first name and demographic information, such as their age, grade, city, state, and school, but this information does not seek to identify particular individuals and is not necessary for participation in the game.
